If the bot failed to protect against a nuke, double-check that all systems were set up correctly. Make sure that the bot's role has all the necessary permissions and is above all other roles. Also, verify if the nuker is not on the whitelist (you can check with the command q!wl list). Be cautious and do not give administrator rights to anyone unless it's essential.

If the bot didn't stop a raid, check if the anti-raid system was enabled. Remember that a raid is when many users flood the server with the goal of spamming private messages to members or chats.

If Que Defense is offline or not working, give it a few minutes to come back online. If the problem persists, you can check our Telegram channel for updates.

This could be the result of the anti-nuke system in action. To avoid this, add any necessary users you trust to the whitelist using the command q!wl add @mention. All actions performed by users on the whitelist will be ignored by the bot.

First, give the bot administrator permissions when adding it to your server.
Then, place its role at the top of the role hierarchy.
Finally, check the system channel or the first channel on your server as Que Defense will have sent instructions on how to complete the setup process.

If you have any other questions, you can ask them on our Website or Discord Server.
