Liability and Limitation of Liability

1. Attempting to overload the bot with excessive commands to trigger rate-limits is forbidden.
2. Exploiting bot vulnerabilities to cause harm to individuals or entities is forbidden.
3. Under no circumstances is Que Defense responsible for the global loss of settings / backups on the free version; the user himself monitors his backups, makes backups on his PC; Responsibility is fully transferred to the server owner (user).
4. The user must create an account with an acceptable nickname and description. In case of an unacceptable nickname or description, the account and server will be blacklisted by the bot without the possibility of recovery.
5. All rules must be followed, regardless of the status of the user.
6. The user undertakes to comply with the rules of use, as well as to fulfill them. If it is revealed that the user has violated the rules of use, he will be blocked and blacklisted until the causes are eliminated.
7. The user is fully responsible for his server.
8. Que Defense may terminate the user's server if it is not used for a long time.
9. The creator and manager of the bot can ban and / or mute and / or kick a person from the Discord server for no reason at his discretion (if he knows this person).
10. By joining the hosting Discord server, the user automatically agrees to the terms of use of Que Defense and server guildlines.
11. Ignorance of the rules for using hosting does not release the user from responsibility.
12. The user certifies Que Defense and confirms that he will observe changes.
13. Even if a person has purchased a paid subscription, he must still follow all the rules.
14. After purchasing a premium subscription, the money cannot be returned.
15. The user can request the deletion of account information from the bot.
16. If the user finds an error and / or defect and / or bug in the bot, then he must report this to technical support. In case of dissemination of information about the bot's defect, the user will be blocked and added to the black list.


Users are prohibited from doing things like:

1. Violating Que's or Discord's Terms of Service.
2. Engaging in inappropriate behavior.
3. Spreading false rumors about the bot, such as claims that it is capable of destructive actions like server nuking.
4. Attempting to hack or compromise the bot in any way.
5. Breaking Discord Support Server rules
